Jane Foulston, the Chief Executive of ITEC, has been working in the beauty industry for over 28 years and has edited many best selling textbooks. Jane has always had a passion for education and the need to provide the highest standards of education in the beauty and spa industry. Marguerite Wynne began her career in one of London’s foremost beauty salons and went onto teach in the College of Beauty Therapy in London. Subsequently she owned her own salon and school in Buckinghamshire and at the same time worked as Chief Examiner for ITEC. In 2005 she was appointed Education Manager for ITEC where she now monitors the standards and consistency of ITEC examinations. Elaine Hall began her career teaching beauty and complementary therapies at the West of England College in Bath. She went on to manage the complementary therapies section at Bridgwater College. Since then she has run her own private salon and clinic based within a nursing home where she has treated both the elderly and private clients. In addition she has held the post of Senior ITEC Examiner and she examines extensively both in the South West of England and overseas, and is part of the qualitifications development team. Fae Major has worked in the beauty therapy industry for 23 years. Her experience has included working for Steiner’s alternative medicine clinics as well as private beauty salons. Fae has 15 years’ teaching experience and as a result became a practical examiner for ITEC in 1992. As well as continuing to examine, she is currently working for ITEC asa part of the Qualifications Development team.
