Description

The most complete and accessible guide available for living cancer-free now! One in four people currently have some kind of cancer. Studies have shown that 50% of cancer survivors show lingering effects from their treatment, over 25% have developed recurrence or new cancers, and that an estimated 75% can expect to have some kind of health concern associated with their treatment. If these facts aren’t discouraging enough, cancer patients also die of non-cancer causes at a higher rate than the general population. It is my goal in this book to help the reader not only lower their risk of getting cancer but, preventing it all together through lifestyle changes such as diet, exercise, stress reduction, mediation, social wellbeing and more.

From Dr Levine: ‘The guidelines outlined in this book address health-not illness. The research-based concepts support living – not dying. This book is about being given an opportunity at a second chance, the same kind of second chance I established for myself so many years ago.’
