Matthew McKay, Ph.D., is a professor at the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. In private practice, he specialises in the cognitive behavioural treatment of anxiety, anger, and depression.


Patrick Fanning is a professional writer in the mental health field. He is coauthor of Messages, Self-Esteem, and other books.


Patricia Zurita Ona, Psy.D., is a clinical supervisor at the Berkeley Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Clinic at the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA.
