"This work marks a considerable breakthrough in books on jade.... It should render a lot of works obsolete and it is hard to imagine how it will, in turn, be replaced." - Antiques Trade Gazette * "The illustrations, all in faithful and subtle colour, alone make the book worth the price. It is a triumph of English publishing." - Collectors Guide * "For anyone interested in jade this must prove to be the book to have in your library with its wealth of informative photographs and scholarly articles." - Art Quarterly * "This fine new book is far the biggest and far the best book on jade so far....
